First, if you’re seeing this offer but you’re not local to the Menifee, CA - Temecula, CA area, it may be difficult to work this out since the transaction is based on trust and the ability to verify that I’m a permanent resident of the local area- not someone who is distant and will engage in a ruse of some kind.

This offer is not for everyone. You must have the ability to pay first and use the week you reserved. You may want to look into travel insurance that covers a private booking like this one.
Since reservations are exclusive, meaning that once made, I can’t offer them to anyone else, they must be paid in advance. You have to be sure you or someone in your stead can use this reservation. Changes can be made but only at the discretion of the Kaanapali Beach Club if and when they have remaining availability.
We will probably need to meet in person to write out a contract. There has to be an ability to guarantee trust and that is best done by a one-to-one meeting so if you’re far away, it’s going to be harder to do that. I have learned that an escrow service can be used to defraud the seller/owner of payment since a complaint about the property can result in non-payment. It’s a great resort and that is a scenario to avoid.
Payment for each week is $1950. That’s $1,950 for one or $3,900 for both.
How It Works: Once we agree to proceed, I will obtain the reservation in your name and send you confirmation of the reservation. You must pay on the same day or the reservation will be canceled. Sorry, but I won’t “hold” the reservation for future payment. That ties up the week for others who may want to buy it.

Let me tell you, if you ever flew coach-sardine class to the island or anywhere for that matter, you’re really going to appreciate the contrast of where you’ll be staying.
This is a top-tier resort and this offer is for their top-level room known as “deluxe ocean view.” It’s not just a room. It’s an amazing, XL-SIZE luxury suite with every amenity expected of a resort many times its cost. The views of the ocean are so beautiful that an evening staying in is its own attraction. Just look at the photos I took on my own trips there.

Unlike many of the big-name commercial hotels just down the street, this location offers easy access to a variety of dining and shopping options. There is even a grocery store nearby, which is really convenient. The resort has barbecue grills where you can “do your own” dining experience with steak, fresh fish or chicken or anything like that. This provides guests with the flexibility to cook their own meals and enjoy a unique family dining experience during their stay.
Well anyway, those are just a few of the highlights about this wonderful resort but, actually, there are many more reasons it makes sense for you to get accommodations like this and you’ll want to take in all the details first-hand.
Hey, what about those apples? Maybe now, you can see why this particular resort is such a great deal. There are a lot of benefits to staying here. Here are some main ones:
1. You’re gonna save a boatload of money for the same quality of resort if you were to decide to go to the Hilton or the Sheraton just up the road. In fact I stayed at the Sheraton and let me tell you the difference is amazing. Sheraton charges $740 a night for a garden view room and those rooms are tiny, let me tell you. Oh, and their website says that’s for 1 (ONE) adult person. I guess if two people want to stay at the Sheraton, it costs more. There’s barely room for a bed and nightstand plus an armoire or something to hang your clothes. There’s nowhere to cook or anything like that. It’s for sleeping and that’s it. The rooms at the Kaanapali Beach Club 820 ft.² that’s the same size as the average one bedroom apartment. Separate bedroom, huge bathroom, living room, kitchen and it’s fully supplied. It’s even got a electric skillet if you want to cook breakfast. Back to the money you’ll save. Our price is $279/night – That’s $1950 per week. Diamond Resorts is charging $586/night at their “best available rate” which means 100% non-refundable rate. Their refundable rate is 659.42/night.
Diamond Resorts’ weekly price is $4103. This means you’re saving $2153 per week or $380 every single night.
2. You’ll enjoy first-class accommodations. You’ll spend a lot more for a lot less at other resorts. By the way, at the Sheraton Maui where we’ve stayed before, prices start out at 740 a night. That’s 5180 a week. And that’s 1 adult with a “garden view” Our rental sleeps 4 comfortably.
3. Lots of space. Remember when I said our room is 820 sq. Feet? The comparison at other hotels like the Sheraton is 320 sq. feet to 420 sq feet. You’re not going to be relaxing in that space, especially if you have a party of 4! Our room is almost like being at home. Lots of room for people to relax, converse, share meals and even the bathroom is spacious with not one but two sinks with mirrors, etc where you can spruce up for your day or evening out.
4. Room service – you need something? Housekeeping will bring it right up. Fresh shampoo, towels, food delivered from the restaurant.

Oh yeah, this may not seem like a big deal but every floor has a free washer and dryer. Try any other regular hotel and you’ll be paying for laundry service.
